Peace of Toast
We begin with ‘Wonderbread’, a white bread that became popular in the US over 50 years ago. This bread is devoid of nutrients and Color.  As the toast burns and becomes more black, the soundtrack of peoples’ revolt from many countries (in this case the Middle East) becomes more intense and violent, referencing territories scorched by unrest and destruction. The word PEACE, an ideal many people strive for- here stamped in English, suggests a US defined goal imposed on another country.
